Keep the following tips in mind: 1. Hip hinge: Reach your hips back as far as you can without flexing at your spine. 2. Slowly squat down until the dumbells reach the floor 3. Jump (or step) back 4. Push up- you can either complete a push up or not This is a great complex to add in to your routines to target multiple movements in one drill. Enjoy!
