Arielle Miller Cohen has been practicing yoga since 2011. She grew up in the world of sports like soccer, lacrosse, running, and Crossfit. Despite her initial hesitation to try yoga, curiosity eventually got the best of her and she wandered into her first class and was immediately hooked.
Arielle holds her 200-hour RYT in Hatha Vinyasa, Buti®, Street Yoga and Schwinn® cycling. Arielle’s approach to fitness is to playfully inspire others by invigorating their souls. She firmly believes that the cathartic power of sweat can prepare people to face the world and overcome personal challenges.
In addition to practicing and teaching yoga in the Greater Los Angeles area for One Down Dog in Silverlake, Arielle is also a lifestyle blogger, fitness writer, Fabletics Master, and Carbon38 ambassador. She is honored to represent her community on BeFit.com while being able to share her story with the world.
