Sweet Carrots and Coconut Protein Shake

This is a BeFit favorite recipe! This Sweet Carrots and Coconut Protein Shake is rich in vitamins and minerals, as the carrot adds plenty of vitamin A, which supports the nervous system. The orange and coconut milk add vitamin C, and the banana provides plenty of potassium. Most importantly, the recipe packs a flavor punch! Try it out when you’re looking to switch up your smoothie routine.


  • 1 Carrot

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (or almond)

  • 1 Orange or Tangerine (peeled)

  • 1 scoop BeFit WHEY – Vanilla Flavor

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 4-6 Ice Cubes (depending on how thick you like)*

Servings: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes


Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.

*Add a little water as needed to thin shake if using a large banana
