Whether you’re looking for a seasonal treat or just want to fill your body with the many vitamins and minerals found in pumpkins, you can’t go wrong with this smoothie!
- 1 scoop BeFit WHEY – Vanilla Flavor
- 1/4 cup Canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 2 – 3 cubes Ice
- 4 – 6 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Chia flax coconut blend (Barleans makes an awesome mix)
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
