This Delicious Smoothie is Sweeter Than Pie (and Won’t Ruin Your Diet Either!)

This incredible Pumpkin Pie Protein smoothie recipe comes from Kristin McGee, NYC based Celebrity Yoga and Pilates instructor. Healthy and delicious, it tastes like pumpkin pie! Whether you’re looking for a seasonal treat or just want to fill your body with the many vitamins and minerals found in pumpkins, you can’t go wrong with this smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop BeFit WHEY – Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/4 cup Canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 2 – 3 cubes Ice
  • 4 – 6 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Chia flax coconut blend (Barleans makes an awesome mix)
