  • 6 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk, Skim Milk or Water
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 TBSP All Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • 1 scoop BeFit WHEY – Chocolate Flavor
  • 3 – 4 cubes Ice
